• Kawaii Sozai Webgraphics - a website that links to japanese websites with graphics with instructions. Some of them don't work so youll have to use the webarchive, but it's really worth it
• Cyber Dabamos - A huge 88x31 GIF Collection - with 5 parts.
• Bonnibel's Collection - a huge gif directory - not all of it is cutesy.
• Mysmilies - a whole lot of smilies...
• Tumblr Academy - some are missing but there are still a lot of web graphics on here.
• Web badges world - a whole lotta badges
• DSG4 - bitmap fonts

• blinkie obsession(web archive) - what can I say, it's just blinkies galore
• I Love Blinkies - again - a ton of blinkies
• Realm of angels - this is a blinkie site per se but they have two pages with blinkies
